This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns and refunds are processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all original parts or accessories (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Personalized or custom products (if applicable)

  • Digital products (if applicable)

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our return process.
