Some products available in our store are offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available or before it arrives at our fulfillment facility. Estimated release and shipping dates are displayed on the product page whenever available.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed. Your order is reserved once payment has been successfully processed.
Estimated Shipping Dates
Estimated shipping dates are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and are subject to change. While we make every effort to meet the estimated dates, delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, customs clearance, or shipping carrier issues that are beyond our control.
If a delay occurs, we will update customers as soon as we receive new information.
Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated. If separate shipments are requested or available, additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations and Changes
If you wish to cancel or modify a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered processing or has been prepared for shipment, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
Returns
Pre-order items are covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for complete details regarding return eligibility and conditions.
Product Availability
Although we work closely with our suppliers, product availability is not guaranteed. If a supplier cancels or is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
